Victor and Wendy

Victor Spencer

Pictured with Wendy
Married for over four decades, Victor and Wendy Spencer have built a rich legacy centered on their five children and 21 grandchildren. This deep foundation of family fuels their current passion for encouraging strong marriages and lives rooted in truth. Throughout their journey, they have remained faithful to church planting and the transformative work of prayer and deliverance ministry. Victor draws on his degree from Sacramento State and over 20 years as an adolescent crisis counselor to provide steady, practical teaching with a trademark sense of humor. Wendy leans into a 40-year career as a hairstylist to serve as a discerning spiritual mother and a source of encouragement to many women. Together, they offer a wealth of wisdom and a natural authority, remaining ever-present and willing to serve wherever they are called.

Traver Dougherty

Traver and Aimee have lived in Roseville for over 25 years. Presently, Traver substitute teaches over at Center Unified. Because many ask about Traver's "credentials," he holds a PhD in practical theology, DMin in spiritual formation, MDiv, and BS in Business. Traver has served as an overseas missionary, planted two churches, was on staff at a megachurch, and worked over a decade at Fuller Theological Seminary as Professor of Church & Mission. But to Traver, all the credentials are rubbish. While he cherishes all the experiences, he wants one thing more than anything — to betroth you (and himself) to one husband, so as to present you as a pure virgin to the King of kings and Lord of lords, Yeshua HaMashiach.

Jacob Kelsch

Pictured with Jamie
Jacob and Jamie have lived in the Greater Sacramento Area and Sierra Foothills for over eight years. Jacob began his ministry journey at William Jessup University (BA, double-major in Pastoral Ministry and Bible & Theology). He then joined the Army, where he served six years as a Religious Affairs Specialist NCO in Seoul, South Korea and Fort Irwin, CA. Upon Honorable Discharge, he then completed an MDiv at Western Seminary. Jacob participated in two missionary trips to South Africa, actively supports a missionary couple in Kolkata, India and planted one prior church where he served as Executive Pastor. Jacob’s passion is making disciples of Yeshua who, like their Savior, neither add nor take away a single word from our Heavenly Father’s instruction. Today, Jacob and Jamie happily run a homestead in the Sierra Foothills with their four dogs where they garden and raise sheep, goats and chickens.
